Der WEIN:

Kräftiges rubinrot mit violetten Reflexen. In der Nase bereits tolle fruchtige Noten von Kirsche, Cassis, Holunder, gedörrten Steinfrüchten und Schokolade. Im Gaumen schön breit und kräftig mit einer bekömmlichen Säure und füllendem Alkohol. Der Abgang ist haftend und anhaltend. Ein konzentrierter, vollmundiger Wein mit grossartiger Struktur.

Das WEINGUT:

Das Unternehmen Beppe Marino stammt aus dem typischen Anbaugebiet des traditionellen Moscato D’Asti und wurde in St. Stefano Belbo geboren, wo es auch heute noch ansässig als Familienunternehmen geführt wird.

Zusammen mit seiner Frau Rosalba und seinem Sohn Maurizio pflegt Beppe Marino seine 13 Hektaren grossen Weinberge auf den Hügeln von Santo Stefano Belbo, Mango d'Alba und Castelnuovo Calcea.

2016 ergriff Maurizio die Chance, mit der gesamten Produktion ins nostalgische „Monastero del Moscato" zu ziehen. Wir freuen uns auf die Kombination der beiden interessanten Geschichten der Unternehmung und deren des Klosters.
